STATE OF THE ART RV PARK AMENITIES

A: Yes, every site at Valley View RV Park is equipped with 50 amp, 30 amp, and 20 amp service. You pick the connection your rig uses. Most large Class A motorhomes, high end fifth wheels, and rigs running multiple air conditioning units require 50 amp, we have it at every pad, not just select premium sites. Electricity is not bundled into your site fee; it is metered individually and billed at $0.10 per kilowatt hour based on your actual usage. This is fairer than flat rate billing if you’re a light user, and transparent if you’re running AC through a Texas summer.

A: Yes, every site is full hookup. Water and sewer are included in your site fee. Electric is metered separately at $0.10/kWh. You do not need to move your rig to a dump station at any point during your stay, the sewer is connected directly to your pad site. One important note: Williamson County Health Department regulations (TCEQ Title 30, CH 285 & 366) require a watertight fitting at all sewer connections. You must have a screw in or compression fitting, a loose elbow connection is not permitted. If you’re unsure about your sewer setup, call us at (512) 887 9168 before arrival and we’ll walk you through it.

A: Yes, each site has a dedicated water connection with consistent pressure. We recommend using a water pressure regulator (set to 45-55 PSI) as standard practice to protect your RV’s plumbing, this applies at any RV park, not just ours. We are on a year round water conservation programme, which is why vehicle and RV washing is not permitted on the property. If you need to top up your fresh water tank on arrival or have any water concerns, speak to on site management

A: Genuinely pull through, you enter from one end of the pad and exit from the other without reversing. The streets between sites are wide enough to accommodate large rigs making the turn in without unhooking your toad or trailer. This is one of the features guests most consistently appreciate, especially after a long driving day when the last thing you want to do is attempt a precision back in on an unfamiliar lot. If you’re arriving after dark, let us know in advance and management will make sure your site is clearly marked.

A: Our pull through pads are 74 feet long. This is your usable pad length, not the street to street measurement, not a marketing number. A Class A motorhome with a toad (tow car) combined, a 5th wheel with a long bed truck, eighteen wheeler cab or a large toy hauler with a vehicle still attached can typically fit within 74 feet. If your combination exceeds that, call us at (512) 887 9168 before you arrive, we can discuss site options and make sure you’re not in a situation on arrival.

A: We accept all self contained RV types: Class A, B, and C motorhomes; fifth wheels; travel trailers; toy haulers; and large truck campers with sewer connections. Valley View is an RV only park, we do not offer tent camping or primitive camping spots. All rigs and vehicles must have current registration tags and valid Texas inspection stickers (or out of state equivalents). Pop up campers are welcome if they are self contained with a functional sewer connection, if you’re unsure, call ahead.

A: Our pads are gravel with a stable base. The streets and access roads throughout the park are paved. Gravel pads are standard across most Texas RV parks as they provide good drainage in the rain and stay firmer in the heat than dirt, both important in Central Texas weather. Levelling blocks are your responsibility to bring if your rig needs them. All tires must stay on the gravel pad, driving or parking on grass or dirt is not permitted.

A: We have two separate enclosed dog parks on property, both available to guests throughout your stay at no extra charge. The parks contain large rocks and natural terrain, they are not flat grassy lawns, so use your judgment based on your dog’s age and mobility. They can be uneven and may be wet after rain. Both parks are off leash areas where your dog can run and exercise freely without being tethered. Outside the dog parks, pets must be on a physical leash at all times, no exceptions. Pets are not permitted inside any park buildings including the laundry or shower facilities.

A: The dog wash station is located at the south end of the laundry and shower facility building. It is available during park hours and is included in your site stay, no extra charge. It’s a practical feature if you have a large or working coat breed that needs washing after time in the dog parks or after a road trip. Please help keep the station clean after each use. If there’s an issue with the station, report it to on site management.

A: They are private individual rooms, not open shower stalls or communal bathrooms. Each room is self contained with a lock. Only one adult is permitted in the bathroom facilities at a time. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No pets are permitted inside the shower or restroom buildings under any circumstances. We ask all guests to leave the facilities as clean as they find them, on site management monitors and maintains both buildings throughout the day.

A: The shower and restroom facilities are included in your site stay, no additional charge. The laundry machines are industrial and require airWallet pay for your convenience. There are no extra daily fees, gate codes to buy. All amenities listed on this page, showers, laundry, dog parks, dog wash station, are included in your daily, weekly, or monthly site rate.

A: Yes, propane and charcoal grills are permitted on your patio or site area. Open campfires, grills, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere in the park. No smoking is permitted inside any park building. These policies exist for guest safety and in compliance with Williamson County fire safety regulations. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, a portable propane grill or gas camp stove works perfectly and is fully permitted.
